With a background in healthcare operations and software development, he does what most consultants can't—design and build custom solutions that solve the exact problem, not force clients into off-the-shelf software that almost fits. Josh specializes in eliminating operational waste through automation and purpose-built systems, while staying close enough to clients to understand what they actually need, not what a sales deck says they need.
