How is this cheaper than an agency?
Agencies typically charge a percentage of first-year salary per hire. We bill hourly for the work, so the cost does not grow with the salary or the number of hires.
How does billing work?
Support is billed by the hour. A few hours a month or a full HR department's worth of work, you pay for what you use. We agree on scope and rates before anything starts.
Is there a minimum company size?
